In an effort to improve our processes, the Alabama National Guard DOMS Division has created an Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) comment card online.

This comment card is designed for AEMA personnel, County EMA reps, AL-DHS and other external National Guard customers to have a forum to provide feedback to the Alabama Guard on our support to Civil Authorities.

The system allows for anonymous feedback. There is also an option to request a personal reply to an issue or question. Please forward this email on to your AEMA contacts and the counties as well.

If you have worked with DOMS (Like during the recent April tornado response, have met with DOMS personnel or attended a presentation by DOMS), please take a moment to complete a comment card and let us know how we are doing. Just click on the ICE link above or here.
